About our full service process

Unique to David Company, our process allows our clients to observe the entire clinical practice process from real estate transactions, leasing, practice consulting, architectural design, and construction from start to finish. We provide a phase by phase outline and description of how the entire process allows all the team members and the owner to interface with each other throughout the process. By providing a clear understanding of everyone's role at the onset, our invaluable process serves as a clear blueprint for a smooth-running trouble-free project.

Kelly Newbold

Kelly Newbold

Kelly grew up in western Utah. After college he entered into the commercial high-rise building industry. After spending 8 years working for class A commercial construction firms in Salt Lake City, Utah he moved to Seattle Washington in 1987 and started his first commercial construction business at the age of 29.


Over the last 28 years he developed a passion for the design of medical and dental clinical practice facilities. He has a unique perspective regarding the design-build process with a vast knowledge and background in commercial construction and having had the opportunity over the years of working with many different types of architects and designers in the healthcare industry. He has pursued a design career since 2008. Kelly started David Company as a design build firm in 2016. He has been in the construction industry for over 28 years. He has been involved in over 350 individual medical and dental clinical practice build outs, ground up buildings, retail and tenant improvement projects.  He has provided multiple space design plans, permits and construction services for a wide variety of projects in the private building sector.
